A programmer in one programming language is a programmer in them all

It's just a matter of learning the standard library

We strongly believe it doesn't really matter which language you learned. What matters is what you want to work with now.

Our team is composed of programmers coming from very different backgrounds. And we work with very different tools. We cherish the versatility and appreciate how majority of our code is still developed in an environment we all know.

We don't work fixed hours. Instead, we occasionally go to nearby hills for lunch. Or walk for every lunch. Because we feel like it.

Our daily sprint meetings help us get a feel for each other's progress dealing with the various tools we're using. Just take a looktake a look: there's something for every taste.

How to get employed with us?

You will need the following:

  • Learning new stuff should be your hobby.
  • You should be reliable. (e.g. keep your promises)
  • We wish you to be full of ideas you want to share.
  • We also wish you to have the courage to make those ideas reality, even when they are not your own.
  • We want you to speak English. Should be pretty obvious: this page is only provided in English. It is not a deal-breaker though.
  • Experience with our most-used tools is a plus, but not mandatory: git, github, taiga, django, django rest framework, bootstrap, android, ios are a few examples.

Then:

  • send us your CV.
  • Add (a link to) some sample code you are particularly proud of.
  • Get an interview with us.
  • If unsure, test your skill over a small ~20hrs project.

Is that all?

Yes, it is.

After the above, here's what happens:

  • You get a contract.
  • There might be a trial period. During trial, your skills are properly assessed and your salary adjusted to your productivity.
  • That's all. No complications.
  • You may even choose to manage your salary yourself and work as a freelancer with all the employment security, but issuing an invoice monthly. Totally up to you.

What we are offering you

  • Our programmers' salaries hover around 2.000€ net per month, but yours will be tailored to you and you alone. Especially if you're good.
  • You choose your own tools for work. Chair, mouse, slippers; pretty much everything and anything.
  • You will have an option to get a company car. For personal use.
  • Even if you're not an expert yet, or have so far worked in other tools, we will aid you with your learning.
  • We use project management tools. And we break tasks into small and manageable ones too.
  • We also attend conferences to gain more knowledge. There should be at least one per year.
  • Sometimes we visit our foreign partners. You may, too.
  • If you do something really well, there might even be a steak! Well, tofu, if you prefer. 😉
